TopBand: VK9yy latest

Talked to VK9YY gang this morning and they may have to QRT today Friday, in
order to ship the antennas.  However, they will try and negotiate to leave
the antennas up for their Friday night, in order to have one last crack (ie
QRT at their Saturday sunrise).
