Jon and all,
I always S&P from the top down, and once found myself calling a guy around
1840 as I wasn't paying attention to where I was. I think the QP's attract
a lot more casual ops who probably are pretty much unaware of the
bandplan. I listened to the guys under 1843 several times, and didn't
recognize any calls. Maybe this can be used as a good reason for the ARRL
to support the rulemaking.
