Members of the Topband Phone DXers Group worked PY3CEJ in southern Brazil
last night on 1845 kc on phone. He was 59 when I worked him a few minutes
after my local sunset at 0009 UTC and then was an honest 59+10 when I worked
him again at 0247 UTC. His signal was the loudest I had ever heard him in
Florida during the past four years. He can be found calling CQ DX on 1845 kc
+/- most summer evenings and QSL's direct.
Also for those who may need Wales on 160, Jack MW0AQD shows up most
nights for a rag chew/DX on 1847 kc +/- beginning at 0300 UTC. Jacks is
often +10-20 over S9 on phone and also QSL's direct.
