A pole that size is going to be resonant somewhere near the top of the band...
Lots of "it depends" on what else is in the near field that couples with it...
Stand it up, run a dozen radials out... Put on an odd number of quarter waves
of coax as the feedline and ping it with the rig to see where it is
resonant... Add a loading coil at the bottom to pull it to your favorite
freq...
For maximum efficiency you can top load it rather than bottom loading -
probably less than 1% or 2% difference....
Your absolute best thing to do is radials,,, Varying length and lots of them...
36 at minimum...
