Topbanders:
When an email comes in, it is forwarded two places. One copy goes to the
robot, where it is examined and where the receipt or problem log messages
are generated. The second copy goes to an internal folder at ARRL HQ for
storage. For some reason the internal forwarding quit working Saturday -
after being tested Friday. Incoming messages were forwarded properly to the
robot, but the system failed forwarding to the internal folder. Our
Information Services Department is looking into the matter.
If you received a numbered receipt from the robot or if you received a
"RETURNED" message from the robot detailing errors or problems with your
entry, your log is in the queue. If you received a numbered receipt, you do
not need to do anything else. If you received a "RETURNED" message
detailing problems with the log, you should correct those problems and
re-submit the entry.
If you received the message below, you may ignore it.
