The DX window (most unfortunately) does not exist for normal operation. It does however exist for the ARRL 160m contest: "6. Miscellaneous: 6.1. The segment 1.830 to 1.835 should be used for intercontinental QSOs only." 73 Roger VE3ZI PS: Sorry, but those needing ONN will have to chase VE3CX.
