Heard ZS8IR on 1827.1 at about 0220z with quite a good signal. The problem
was there were 2 rag-chewers about 200hz lower in freq qrm'ing him. I heard
N4SU work him, but with the local QRM don't think many others got through.
Rag chewing in the window, tch tch. Very poor prop to S21XX this evening,
don't think he worked many s/s.
