TopBand: ZL8

Bob ZL8RI has had to alter his 75m antenna and extend it for 160.  He will
be on air 1831khz for a test at 0930z  7 July .  He may not be able to
operate beyond 1000z because the power generator shuts down at that time. 
His conditions on 75 have been very very poor so he hopes for better on
160.  73 Jim ZL2JR.
