CLARIFICATION
At the request of Steve VK6VZ, I advise that for this contest --
DX stations (ie non-Oceania stations) claim five (5) points per QSO
with VK/ZL/P2 AND count each separate call area in VK/ZL/P2 as a
separate multiplier.
