I wkd Alex 21-Apr-98 at which time he said to QSL direct to P.O. Box 28,
Punta Arenas, Chile. I sent the QSL with 2-IRC's and received his card
back in abt 5 weeks. A friend of mine had similar results.
If you sent direct with no response you may want to give it a few more
weeks and then re-send. (His qsl shows only the direct address - no
manager info.)
