TopBand: 6 dB gain

If the flag configuration is 6 dB better than the pennat, it should make a
NOTICEABLE difference in
received signal strength.  Am I correct?

What about comparing Front to Back, aperture and take off between the two?

Is there a place on the Web where I can download the program you are using?
