TopBand: Half-square antennas

Are Half-square antennas fed from the corner?

|                     |<---- shield          } cable.
|                     |
|                     |
|                     |
|                     |

The horizonal section is 1/2 wave and the two verticles are 1/4 wavelengths?
I just want to be sure before I construct one.
