TopBand: 5H3US, His signal inJapan

A happy new year!!!
I heard 5H3US on 1831Khz,2100-2115Z on 3th,and 2000-2020Z on 5th.
His sinal is 559-579 in my QTH(ube-city in west-JAPAN),
The sunrise is at 2220Z in here today.

Please QSP to him,(5H3US) that Japanes' topbanders want QSO with 5H3.
So sametime QSX for JA(1907.5-1912.5).
