A station signing KV4FZ showed up in the contest around 2345 Friday (in
the
DX window) and was handing out incomplete contest exchanges, which made
me
a bit suspicious. A check of the FCC Amateur Data Base at:
http://www.fcc.gov/XFS_AlphaTest/ indicates the call KV4FZ is not
listed,
nor is the original holder of the call listed anywhere in the FCC's data
base system.
