In preparation to installing a shunt feed for 160m:

The guys should be insulated from the tower at the tower. If you wish,
the top set of guys can be insulated X distance from the tower to provide
additional top loading.

The cables to the beams and rotator should come all the way down to the
ground, ideally inside the tower, before leaving the vicinity of the
tower.
_
As with any vertical, the more radials, the better.
