I have updated the Stew Perry results. The results that were previously
posted had a few errors in them and also didn't include the full log
checking.

Also, the 4th running of the contest will be on December 18th/19th. The
rules are at http://www.contesting.com/n6tr/topband/stewrules.txt.
Report files from the log checking are now available - send me a
message to get a copy by return e-mail.
I understand from W7EW that the plaques (about 15 of them) will be
made next week and you should see them soon. Also, K1PX, is sending
out a number of certificates which should also be out soon.
