Thanks for the ARRL 160 rules clarification via Dan Henderson of the ARRL. However, Tom, W1TO wrote: "R1, R2 and R3 is the correct way to show the section." ========== ITU regions are not ARRL "sections". Rule 5.2 states the following: "Multipliers: ARRL/RAC sections (maximum of 80) and DXCC countries (W/VE participants only)". An ITU region is in neither of those categories, so do I assume correctly that they can count only for QSO points and NOT for multipliers? 73, de Earl, K6SE |
