I heard TJ3FR on 1.8228 for a grand total of less than 30 seconds around
0432Z on a QSB peak, and managed a successfull QSO at the noise level.
Reminds me of EME weak signal on 2 meters, hi. Several others were calling
but having great difficulty hearing him (as was I). Just got lucky, I guess.
