TopBand: 3V8BB QSL from the OKDXGroup

     Hi gang,
     
     I received a QSL for a 4 April 96, 160 meter QSO with the Czech 
     Operators at 3V8BB in yesterday's mail.  It came from OK1TN.  Time 
     from sending my SAE and IRC to return about 5 months.
     
     If you are YL DXCC chaser, please note there were two YL operators in 
     the group and if you worked them on one of the higher bands in early 
     April, it could count for YLDXCC.
