TopBand: 4 sep

Tried getting up early - most stations pretty weak, and the QRN vicious!
Heard three east coast W's, and wkd one. The W4 who came back to a CQ
was just too far down in the QRN. Got 5A28 first call for a new one,
though, at 0431. The vertical isn't much good for receiving.
