Try contacting Boeing or any other major airplane manufacturer.
All large airplanes carry literally miles of wire (insulated of
course!) - the contractors who do the electrics should be a good
source.
I bought nearly 7 miles of this wire in 2007 for just under 3 cents a
foot (that is a steal in Europe) - have seen similar being sold on EBAY
for 20 cents a foot.
