There is too little written about the usability of short beverages. During this recent discussion, no one has mentioned the use of the inductance loaded beverage as described in ON4UN's book and also written about by W8JI. Although they become single band RX antennas, the use of loading inductance placed appropriately in the antenna run can produced a useful beverage antenna pattern with a relatively short wire. 73, Dennis W0JX _______________________________________________ UR RST IS ... ... ..9 QSB QSB - hw?
