Topband: Rx antennas questions!!!

Hi,

I would like to know if the performance of an K2CTX Rx loop could be affected 
if it's mounted in the same boom as my UHF/VHF sat antennas, due metal 
proximity?

For space constraint ham is there any experience about using slinky toys to 
make short dipoles?

PD: Stew Perry prop from YV was very good but not as good as ARRL 160, 
yesterday evening vy good openings to Russia & KH6 abt 5 GMT.
