TopBand: ZK2FT, et al, 160 operation

Just  had a QSO with Frank, ZK2FT on 10 mtrs and he said he is not equipt
to do any 160 at this time. This includes A35 which he is going to next.
He did mention that they are planning a ZK3 operation later on this year in
which 160 mtrs would be included. He did not mention who "they" were.
