Dear Reflectees,
Like Mike, vk6hd, I was also copying e30ga at around 1730z on topband (gud
559).
Operator was calling cq listening up and I tried various up freqs without
success.
After 5 mins with no reply e30ga went to 80M. I worked them on 80 and again
asked about 160M. Was told they would look around 2000z which regretfully
is more than one hour past my sunrise.
If anyone is planning on helping Mike out can you also qsp that best time
for VK east coast is 1840z to 1900z.
Conditions were stunning this morning at my sunrise on topband with many
Europeans 599 - tried to work the weaker ones calling so apologies to the
big guns who called.
No sign of the bq9 on 80 or 160 at this stage (should be very workable from
here)
As a final matter does anyone know if 4s7ea is on email??? Would like to
get him up a bit earlier for vk east coast.
