TopBand: ZL7DK in the Log!

I was lucky to work ZL7DK at 1156Z on 24 Feb. He was on 1828 kHz with
QSX up 3.
My opening lasted 4 minutes.  He went from ESP to 559 to ESP in that
time. He gave me a 579.  # 167 here and it was worth being late to work.
