TopBand: !60 M Confusion solved

Tks for the many replies - all confirming that it was Rotuma on 1828
today listening up 1-2 from abt 1030Z on.

Apparently, H40AA was on 1826.5 at the same time, QSX at both 30 and
then  33.  Never really had much copy on the H40.

Maybe tmw, we hope
