Good conditions to Africa from the Midwest last night, Oct 1, 03-04Z.
TL5A on 1833 and 3DA0CA on 1827.5. It was one of those nights when
Midwest stations seemed to be copying as well or better than the East
coast. TL5A seemed to be hearing very well. He answered most stations
on the first call and was giving good signal reports. Many didn't
respond. If there was no QSO, he then tended to ignore those stations
unless they were the only one calling. The furthest West I heard him
work was N0XA.
