Topband: Noise Null Steerer

Topbanders: 

I stumbled across an article, "The Null Steerer Revisited" on page 29
in July 1994 QST. This looks easy to build and most of the parts are
in my junk box. Has anyone built it? Anyone know of any caveats I 
should be aware of before I dive in? If not, I'll try it and let ya'll know.
