Hi John! Welcome to the reflector. Yes, the can be decoupled from a nearby K9AY receiving loop. I have used the methods as outline in ON4UN's 4th edition with great success. That book is the "bible" for the top-band. I am on a 60' X 90' lot and one "L" shaped elevated radial is 6' from the "AY" loop. The TX antenna (vertical section) is 40' from the loop. 73, Mike WA5POK _______________________________________________ Topband mailing list Topband@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/topband |
