I am not a contester but have multiple interests
so the jLog app, which is free and Linux friendly,
helps to keep me organized.
The DX Cluster integration is also helpful when
I want to test and antenna or mic or rig or other
setting -- or to increase the interest level of a
visitor to the home office/radio room.
I have not even connected it to my rig yet but
see that as another helpful element -- I will
still make hand notes but the automation frees
me to use my skills to pull out the weak ones!
