Topband: Zone 2 Activity in CQWW SSB

In talking with Dennis, NB1B, earlier this week, I am pretty sure he advised 
that he and others were again going to activate VB2V from Northern Quebec 
during the upcoming CQWW SSB Test - This would be from CQ Zone 2.

Zone 2 is quite rare in some parts of the world and I do believe even some 
LEFT Coast US Dx'ers still need it on Topband.

This is likely to be a multi of some kind (Dennis may be able to confirm for 
sure their entry class), but it is worth keeping an eye out for these guys if 
anyone still needs Zone 2 on Topband.
