Hello TB'ers,
I want to return the favour some contesters make by recording the
(contest) QSO's and making them available. It's really cool to hear your
signal from "the
other end" (at least to me).
Before I make the URL public I would like to know if this is a good idea
(from ethic, or legal point of view)? The files have the
callsign-date-time in the file name and within a browser can be listed
on callsign or date/time. Should I strip the date-time from the filename
and or also alter the files last-modified- date/time?
The recordings by the way were taken at PI4TUE, with N1MM from a
TS950SDX connected to an end fed 1/4 sloper sloping down from 240FT in
quite a steep angle, NO RX antenna.
I guess there is nothing against e-mailing me if you want to receive
your recording and I'll send you the .wav file. It's a snippet from the
last 30 seconds of the QSO before I logged it. I would rather have them
all on line so everybody can listen to them.
