It seems that many people don't understand
the recent rules change.  Remote operation
has always been acceptable for DXCC ... as
long as the control point is in the same
DXCC entity as the physical station.  All
the rules change permitted was operations
like Radio Arcala.  The remote operations
characterized as "abusive" by some are
unaffected by the rules change.  They
don't have a problem with the rules change;
they have a problem with the original rules
dating back to 1945.
