    This program uses the Magnetic Info Retrieval Program with Canadian
    Geomagnetic Reference Field for Canada and vicinity. For the rest of
    the world, it uses International Geomagnetic Reference Field for the
    calculations.

    The form requires the year, because of secular variation of the field, 
    with longitude and latitude plug ins which then provides the declination.
