TopBand: Who opened the gate?

Who opened that gate and let the DX in?  There I was bemoaning the lack of
DX on 160 when suddenly the band opened and I snagged 6 Europeans and J38.
Now this is more like it!  There were at least 6 KL7's on topband last
night. Local QRM overload.
