KH6AT was loud in Atlanta at 0700Z but nothing else on 160.
I'm hearing a loud harmonic of a VLF beacon. The carrier is on 1855KHz and
the sidebands every ~ 1 kHz up and down (as far as 1840 down). The
identifier is FIO.
Anyone know the airport location? I suspect it's the 9th, 10th, or 11th
harmonic I'm hearing, and it's a good distance west of Atlanta. I can't hear
the fundamental here.
