Received qsl today direct from UA2FF for Nov 96 qso.
He said that cards to him via DK4VW get through 100%.
He receives only 50% of the cards sent directly to him.
If you do write him, his CBA is not correct in 95,96 but ok
in 89-94 and believes in 97. Anyway it is Box 519 Kaliningrad
236029 Russia.
He has received some cards via the bureau but does not send them out
that way.
