When the web page comes up, look in the lower lefthand corner. You will see 
a black rectangle with the text "Broadband Over Powerlines: Revolutionary 
and Real (Easy)". Below the rectangle click on your connection speed, "Dial 
up" or "High Speed". The video on high speed is 4 min 53 seconds long. You 
need Real Player.
