>From what you say, sounds to me as if it is some commercial fishers drift net beacon. We hear many of them from the surrounding waters out here in the KH6 islands. Though more often down between 1800 and 1830, but suppose they can be operated all around that area of the spectrum. If they are opreating below 1900, they are illegal. 1800-1900 is allocated exclusively to amateurs; 1900-2000 is shared between amateurs and radiolocation.
