   Yes, I have heard short time delay echoes many times.
 One significant memory is during one of the times when
 the echo was very prominent I had a local call me and ask
 me to check my transmitter as he was hearing my
 echoes as well. He thought my transmitter was broken.
 A few minutes later the echoes were gone.
