VP8/LZ1UQ QSLs for 160m:

Mitko, LZ1UQ, has not received all envelopes sent direct for his VP8/ 
LZ1UQ operations. To get my 160m card he has told me to use  
registered mail.

I am looking for a few stateside stations who would like to share the  
registered mail and return postage costs.
