I have several replies in private email and all of the comments say
similar things. So far nobody has mentioned that original power cord with
the fuses in the plug. I will make that go away, too.
Be careful if you do that.
The DX100 has capacitors to the chassis right off the power line, and they
are not very good quality. It needs some fuse before the line hits all those
parts, or the line bypass parts should be changed to UL/CSA/VDE parts.
If you are going to mess with fusing, fuse the LV transformer primary at a
proper fast blow fuse rating.
