I think bandwidth *is* a good indicator of mobile antenna efficiency,
provided you're comparing the same configuration and changing only the
coil. Once you start adding capacity hats or changing the length of
the elements or other factors, then the bandwidth comparison becomes
meaningless. I should have made that clear in my original statement.
