Topband: We are QRV

The 4sq is operational - we are qrv and playing with it.

Many tks to ON4UN and friend Roger for helping get the anchors and ground 
layout completed.

Without their help this would never have happened.

They got that part done, we did the rest Sun-Thurs - which was an enormous 
effort in 5 days!
