Tom mentioned that ground efficiency is hard to determine
based on charts.
My neighbor, N0OQW was on during SP contest I received
him at 25 db/S9 at a distance of 10 miles on SSB. His power
out approx 2 to 3 watts.
Can any inference be made from this as to the ground
and/or antenna efficiency based on the power reaching my
antenna ??
