new theory for 160 DXing. It involves a new DX variable, galactic cosmic
ray GCR intensity,'
In a nutshell, the solar wind modulates GCR intensity, opening a duct
above the E-region and that gives efficient DX propagation without ground
losses. That puts DX in your logs
