hello topbanders !
today Garry -NI6T- sent me a message and as usual the end quoted that 160 is an
obsession.I found this to be true for all of my ham-friends on 160.As a medical
professional i start to become suspicious now.
Do we encounter a dramatic biomedical hazard that is uniquely related to
topband
frequencies ? Is fundamental research in that respect necessary to shield the
following generations of hams against the topband-disease ? Should ON4UN`s book
contain a warning like " always wear rubber gloves and a hard hat before tuning
up on topband" ? Personally i expect with shorting days the number of seriously
infected hams to rise tremendously. If You find ham friends of Yours becoming
shy
of daylight, receiving truckloads of wire and digging them into the
ground, consuming large amounts of regular coffee past midnite and wearing
headphones while getting a haircut ------ then You know the rest of the story !
