made by Ben Hughes Anixter part # 041356 SCT-750
750 = 3/4 inch
500 = 1/2 inch etc.
Gilbert GRS series would be a very good connector and complete
installation instructions can be found on their web site - eventually -
look under "broadband" as this is the latest buzz word for "cable" now
the telcos are into the business. Don't forget the "flooded" heat shrink
to make a long lasting, low-noise connection. If you use a propane torch
to shrink it make sure it has a wide low velocity nozzle and start at
the end farthest away from the cable, gradually working around until it
has evenly shrunk down to the cable with a small bead of the melted hot
glue visible. If you over-do it you'll scorch the heat shrink and it
will split. I would strongly recommend you do all the prep work and
connectorization etc with your feet firmly planted on the ground! Good
luck!
