I have found the difficulty comes with fear more than age. It is a state of
mind for me. I now use the 100 percent connected rule (gorilla lanyards) to
overcome the fear factor. Also, regular climbing helps to keep one in shape
and build confidence.

Age is a state of mind. But, it does harder to climb the 200 footers as the
years pass.
